Volleyball Game Preview: Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions vs. Calvary Christian Spartans

The Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions will head out to face off against the Calvary Christian Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Saturday, Emmanuel Christian Academy came up short against West Jefferson and fell 3-1. The Lions have struggled against the Roughriders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Calvary Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Perry on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Calvary Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Emmanuel Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Emmanuel Christian Academy beat Calvary Christian 3-1 in their previous meeting on September 11th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
