Volleyball Recap: Lakewood Comes Up Short

Lakewood lost against Arapahoe back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakewood was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Arapahoe work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-21.

Lakewood now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Arapahoe, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Lakewood has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Colorado Academy on the 23rd. As for Arapahoe, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Horizon on the 23rd.
