Hersey and Prospect are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. The Huskies will welcome the Knights at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hersey is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Stevenson just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 7-3 to the Patriots.

Taft hit Prospect with a four-run first inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Knights fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Knights have suffered since May 3, 2024.

Hersey's defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Prospect, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-8.

Hersey came out on top in a nail-biter against Prospect when the teams last played back in April, sneaking past 10-9. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
