Leadership Academy was not the first on the board on Tuesday, but they got there more often. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-6 win over the South Stokes Sauras.
Chase Jenkins and Hank Gaston made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Jenkins didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits over four innings pitched. Meanwhile, Gaston pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
