Soccer Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

Northwest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Byron Nelson Bobcat. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcat this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in February.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14-1. As for Byron Nelson, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5-2 record this season.

Northwest will be playing in front of their home fans against Trinity at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Byron Nelson, they are taking a road trip to take on Bell at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
