Basketball Recap: Anderson County Bulldogs vs. Humboldt Cubs
After flying high against Marmaton Valley last Thursday, Anderson County came back down to earth. The Anderson County Bulldogs took a 57-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Humboldt Cubs. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cubs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

When it comes to explaining why Anderson County lost on Friday, don't look at Noah Porter. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 19 points and 14 boards.
