Baseball Recap: Edisto Comes Up Short

Edisto lost to Andrew Jackson back in May of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars fell 7-3 to the Volunteers. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edisto saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blake Hall, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Edisto's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Andrew Jackson, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-20.

As of now, neither Edisto nor the Volunteers have any future games scheduled.
