Soccer Recap: Seventy-First Comes Up Short

Seventy-First was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the South View Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against South View this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-2 back in March.

Seventy-First's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for South View, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-6 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Seventy-First is set to take on their familiar foe Gray's Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, South View will challenge rival Douglas Byrd at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
