After flying high against Lin-Wood last Friday, Moultonborough Academy came back down to earth. The Moultonborough Academy Panthers had to suffer through a 54-24 loss at the hands of the Groveton Eagles. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Moultonborough Academy's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5. As for Groveton, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-1.

Moultonborough Academy has already played their next game, a 48-36 victory against Profile on the 5th. As for Groveton, they will be playing at home against Colebrook Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
