Basketball Game Preview: Rickards Raiders vs. Ribault Trojans

The Rickards Raiders will challenge the Ribault Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Rickards comes in on three and Ribault on eight.

Rickards is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 45-32 win over Menendez. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 26th, while the Falcons are ranked 190th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Ribault was able to grind out a solid victory over West Florida on Thursday, taking the game 63-52.

Rickards' win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points over those games. As for Ribault, their victory bumped their record up to 19-8.
