Volleyball Recap: Normal West Comes Up Short

Normal West was the 2-0 winner over Deer Creek-Mackinaw when they last played one another on Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Chiefs on Saturday.

Normal West has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Deer Creek-Mackinaw, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-7 record.

Coming up, Normal West will be playing in front of their home fans against Champaign Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Deer Creek-Mackinaw has already played their next matchup (against Williamsville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
