Tri-Unity Christian kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers by a score of 1-0.

St. Philip Catholic Central pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Tri-Unity Christian has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Climax-Scotts on the 23rd. As for St. Philip Catholic Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Pennfield on the 23rd.
