Basketball Recap: Mercer Takes a Loss

Mercer lost against South Harrison back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mercer Cardinals took a blow against the South Harrison Bulldogs, falling 62-18. The match marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Mercer's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for South Harrison, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Mercer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-42 loss against Tri-County on the 18th. As for South Harrison, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 61-51 victory against Princeton on the 18th.
