Alameda is 8-2 against Arroyo since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Alameda will be playing at home against Arroyo at 4:00 p.m. Alameda's hitters haven't had much luck over their past four matchups, but Tuesday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last six times Alameda and Berkeley have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Thursday. Alameda might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-0 to Berkeley, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, Arroyo sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over San Leandro on Thursday. The Dons haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Arroyo saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Christian Salling, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple was Salling's first of the season.

Alameda's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Arroyo, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

Alameda came out on top in a nail-biter against Arroyo in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 5-4. Does Alameda have another victory up their sleeve, or will Arroyo turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
