Delhi was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 75-36 defeat at the hands of the Northside Vikings. The game marked the Bears' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

When it comes to explaining why Delhi lost, don't look at Dustin D Ykes. Despite the final result, he posted eight points. Another player making a difference was Edgerin Banks, who earned five points.

Delhi's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Northside, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Delhi has already played their next match, a 72-60 defeat against Richwood on the 16th. As for Northside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 52-49 win against Carroll on the 14th.
