Softball Recap: Grosse Pointe North Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Grosse Pointe North's offense. They fell 5-0 to the Lakeland Eagles on Saturday. The Norsemen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grosse Pointe North's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Lakeland, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Coming up, Grosse Pointe North will be playing at home against Algonac at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lakeland, they are taking a road trip to take on Riverview at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
