San Marcos waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They never let the San Juan Hills Stallions get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Royals' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked tenth, while the Stallions are ranked 129th).

Victoria Aldana threw for 153 yards on 15 of 27 attempts. Peyton Sperling was her top target, picking up 60 receiving yards.

San Marcos' win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for San Juan Hills, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

San Marcos has already played their next game, a 20-0 victory against Northwood on the 30th. As for San Juan Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-0 loss against Santa Margarita on the 30th.
