Softball Recap: Naples Comes Up Short

Naples blew Bonita Springs out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Wednesday Bonita Springs got their revenge. The Golden Eagles fell just short of the Bullsharks by a score of 14-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Golden Eagles have suffered since March 28th.

Naples has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season. As for Bonita Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.

As of now, neither Naples nor the Bullsharks have any future games scheduled.
