Basketball Recap: Mount Carmel Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 41-40 to the Towanda Black Knights. The RED TORNADOES have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mount Carmel's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Towanda, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Mount Carmel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Towanda, they will take on River Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
