Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.5 points over those games. As for North Woods, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 18 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season.

Ely has already played their next matchup, a 57-47 victory against Deer River on the 18th. As for North Woods, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-44 win against Littlefork-Big Falls on the 18th.
