Matthew Anzalone posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). He has become a key player for St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 0-3 otherwise.
