Volleyball Recap: Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beauregard Hornets. The game snapped a strange streak: the last five times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-23, 19-25, 25-10.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Beauregard, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Central will square off against Glenwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beauregard, they will take on Opelika at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
