After low-scoring totals in their previous five match, Monroe brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. Their defense stepped up to hand the Edgewood Cougars a 5-0 shutout on Tuesday. Monroe haven't had any issues with Edgewood recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.
