The Mount St. Joseph Gaels are taking a road trip to face off against the Rosedale Christian Academy Rosedale Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount St. Joseph will be strutting in after a win while Rosedale Christian Academy will be coming in after a defeat.

While Gaels fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Friday's season opener. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 99-34 victory over Annapolis Area Christian.

Meanwhile, Rosedale Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 44-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of Friends.

Mount St. Joseph will have to contain Keyon Williams as he made an impact in Rosedale Christian Academy's last game. He posted seven points along with 11 boards and three steals. Williams has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times he's played.

Everything came up roses for Mount St. Joseph against Rosedale Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the team secured an 82-47 win. In that matchup, the Gaels amassed a halftime lead of 47-20, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
