Volleyball Recap: Edison Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Edison can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Sierra Chieftains on Tuesday. The Tigers have struggled against the Chieftains recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 25-13.

Sierra's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nicole Gibson, who had eight digs and eight assists.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 17-20. As for Sierra, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-12 record this season.

Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sierra, they will head out on the road to face off against Fresno Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
