Blair-Taylor lost to Melrose-Mindoro back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Their offense was headlined by Andrea Waldera and Chloe Medenblik, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Charlyse Horton and her 18 assists. Medenblik was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Blair-Taylor's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Melrose-Mindoro, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Blair-Taylor has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Mondovi on the 9th. As for Melrose-Mindoro, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Augusta on the 11th.
