Bethune won the last time they faced Manzanola and Angel Millan did his part to make sure it happened again. Bethune strolled past Manzanola with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 60-46 for which the team can thank Millan, who posted 23 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times he's played.

Manzanola lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Julian Chavez, who put up 14 points. Another player making a difference was Mark Holland, who earned ten points and eight boards.

Bethune's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Manzanola, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Bethune wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 72-41 loss against Idalia on the 5th. As for Manzanola, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-36 defeat against Springfield on the 31st.
