Clinch County had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 28-point drubbing they dealt Lanier County on Tuesday. The Clinch County Panthers took their contest with ease, bagging a 67-39 win over the Lanier County Bulldogs. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Clinch County's fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-2. As for Lanier County, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Atkinson County the next time they take the court. Clinch County will host Atkinson County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Lanier County will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
