Baseball Game Preview: Colfax Falcons vs. Bear River Bruins

For the second straight game, Colfax will face off against Bear River. The Falcons will venture away from home to challenge the Bruins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

Colfax took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Bear River a 4-0 shutout.

Jaimeson Rawlins made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up a single walk in nine consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one run and one double.
