Basketball Recap: Make It 14 in a Row for Mastery

Mastery came tearing into Monday's game with 13 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Solebury Spartans 50-23. The Warrior have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Mastery got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brasyia Stern out in front who posted 16 points. Stern's afternoon made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cianni Masa, who had 13 points.

Mastery pushed their record up to 18-3 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.8 points over those games. As for Solebury, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-4.

Mastery didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-36 win against The City School on the 12th. Solebury does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
