Baseball Recap: Mingo Central Comes Up Short

Mingo Central came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 16-2 to the Pike County Central Hawks. If the Miners were looking for revenge after losing 13-3 to the Hawks when the teams met back in April of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mingo Central saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aaron Blankenship, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Another was Dylan Vance, who scored a run while going 3-for-3.
