St. Xavier and Lakota West squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but St. Xavier had to settle for second. They fell 36-29 to the Lakota West Firebirds. The matchup was a 16-16 toss-up at halftime, but the Bombers couldn't quite close it out.
