Basketball Recap: Vardaman Piles Up the Points Against Houlka

Vardaman's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They breezed by the Houlka Wildcats to the tune of 56-5. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-2.

Vardaman's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Houlka, they dropped their record down to 2-13 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vardaman will take on Smithville at 6:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for Houlka, they will face off against Okolona at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
