Softball Recap: Tri-Valley Comes Up Short

Tri-Valley blew Licking Valley out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Licking Valley got their revenge. The Scotties fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Scotties have suffered since May 6, 2024.

Paiton Murphy was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last three times she's played.
