Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Academy Takes Down Ranked Hamilton

Notre Dame Academy is ranked highly in their home state and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Hamilton. The Pandas came out on top against the Chargers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pandas.

Notre Dame Academy never let Hamilton on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22.

Katie Zwick paced Notre Dame Academy's offense, picking up eight kills. Zwick got some help from Lizzy Larkins and her 14 assists. Audrey Dyas controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Notre Dame Academy's victory bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Hamilton, their defeat ended a six-match streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 29-5.

Notre Dame Academy has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Divine Savior Holy Angels on the 4th. As for Hamilton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against North Branch on the 4th.
