Basketball Recap: Howe Comes Up Short

Howe lost against Pottsboro back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Howe Bulldogs lost 58-33 to the Pottsboro Cardinals. The Bulldogs' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Howe's record now sits at 3-20. As for Pottsboro, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Howe will square off against Gunter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Gunter will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Howe surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pottsboro, they will face off against S & S Consolidated at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
