Football Game Preview: South Plantation Paladins vs. Coral Springs Colts

The South Plantation Paladins will head out on the road to face off against the Coral Springs Colts at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

South Plantation took a 27-point defeat the last time they faced off against Piper, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. South Plantation won a contest that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Piper 13-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Paladins have posted since April 2, 2024.

Meanwhile, Coral Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Coral Glades 40-0.

South Plantation's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Coral Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
