Ticonderoga strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 5-0 victory over the Peru Nighthawks. That's more bragging rights for the Sentinels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The result came thanks to Myleigh Drinkwine's shutout, as she gave up just six hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Addison Munson was excellent, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabelle Burroughs, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Ticonderoga pushed their record up to 15-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Peru, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

Ticonderoga does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Peru, they will square off against Saranac at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
