Football Recap: Hawthorne Takes a Loss

Hawthorne was the 34-30 winner over Secaucus when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears lost 35-14 to the Patriots on Friday. The Bears' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Hawthorne's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Secaucus, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Hawthorne will challenge Saddle Brook at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Secaucus, they will face off against Hasbrouck Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Aviators have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
