Volleyball Recap: Gunnison Valley Falls to Parowan in First Game of Season

Gunnison Valley had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Parowan Rams by a score of 3-2. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in September of 2022.

Gunnison Valley was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Parowan work for it, especially in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-11, 20-25, 26-24, 15-10.

The victory got Parowan back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Gunnison Valley is taking a road trip to square off against Manti at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parowan, they will square off against Wayne at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
