Volleyball Game Preview: Francis Parker Lancers vs. Scripps Ranch Falcons

The Francis Parker Lancers will challenge the Scripps Ranch Falcons at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Francis Parker is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering St. Augustine just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Saints by a score of 3-2.

While Scripps Ranch was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Cathedral Catholic's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-21.

Scripps Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Francis Parker, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.
