Johnson entered their tilt with Laredo LBJ on Friday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They beat the Wolves by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 15-2. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by six runs or more this season.

Johnson's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-4-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Laredo LBJ, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-14.
