Softball Recap: Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons vs. Parish Hill Pirates
Metropolitan Learning Center is still looking for their season's first win. They lost 14-7 to the Parish Hill Pirates on Monday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest runs Metropolitan Learning Center has scored all season.
For Parish Hill's part, Julie Millerd made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing six innings while giving up four earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. Millerd has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than six innings in three consecutive pitching appearances.
