Carroll skates past Fort Wayne South Side with ease

The Carroll Chargers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Fort Wayne South Side 75-34 on the road. That looming 75-34 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Carroll yet this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Carroll to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lily George, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jaidyn Fuller, who scored 14 points along with five assists and four steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Carroll and bumps their season record up to 6-13. As for Fort Wayne South Side, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-12.
Carroll will head out on the road to face off against Fort Wayne North Side at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Fort Wayne North Side focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Friday. Fort Wayne South Side won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Heritage Christian at 2:30 p.m. on January 20th.
