Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ludlow). They came out on top against the Palmer Panthers by a score of 10-6 on Friday. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 15-1 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Ludlow's record now sits at 4-6. As for Palmer, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.

Ludlow will challenge Frontier Regional at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Palmer, they will welcome Pathfinder RVT at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pioneers have averaged an impressive 11.2 runs per game this season.
