Redmond hadn't done well against Inglemoor recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Redmond Mustangs came out on top against the Inglemoor Vikings by a score of 67-60. The Mustangs' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Redmond's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Iha Kasam led the charge by going 6 of 11 on her way to 19 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Kasam has been hot for a while, having posted three or more steals the last 11 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sofia Locati, who went 5 for 11 on her way to 18 points and seven rebounds.

Redmond's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Inglemoor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Redmond will take on Bothell/Inglemoor at 7:15 p.m. on January 6th. As for Inglemoor, they will venture away from home to square off against Stadium at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Inglemoor knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Stadium likes a good challenge.
