Volleyball Recap: Miles Ewald and Landon Balmos Ruddock Secure Win for Loveland

Loveland's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Kings Knights as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 14th.

Loveland walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-17, 25-17.

Loveland was led to victory by Landon Balmos Ruddock and Miles Ewald. Balmos Ruddock had nine digs and three aces, while Ewald had 13 assists. That's the most assists Ewald has posted since April 2nd.

Loveland pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Kings, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Loveland is set to take on their familiar foe Lebanon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kings will square off against rival Walnut Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
