Football Recap: Central Cabarrus Piles Up the Points Against Southeast Guilford + How To Watch

It's playoff time, and Central Cabarrus had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 38-10 win over the Southeast Guilford Falcons. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Damonte James produced another solid performance rushing for 244 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, and also picking up 52 receiving yards. James is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 102 every time he's taken the field this season. Tiy'Rhen Ward was another key back, rushing for 62 yards and one score on only eight carries.

Central Cabarrus didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Southeast Guilford to a completion percentage of just 40%. The Vikings weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 8%.

Central Cabarrus' record is now 5-6. As for Southeast Guilford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

As of now, neither Central Cabarrus nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
