The St. Johns Classical Academy Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Old Plank Christian Academy 66-2. St. Johns Classical Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-0.

Mia Wilkins continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Old Plank Christian Academy, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 11 steals. The game was Wilkins' sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamryn Jenkins, who scored 13 points along with five steals.

St. Johns Classical Academy's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-3. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 7.8 points per game. As for Old Plank Christian Academy, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Johns Classical Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Harvest Community at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Old Plank Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet First Coast Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. First Coast Christian comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
