Basketball Game Preview: Skyview Wolverines vs. The Pinnacle Timberwolves

The Skyview Wolverines will challenge The Pinnacle Timberwolves at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The timing isn't great for Skyview: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while The Pinnacle has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road.

Last Tuesday, Skyview came up short against Adams City and fell 44-33.

Skyview's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kenneth Sanchez, who posted nine points, and Gabriel Guevara, who had six points along with five assists and four steals. Guevara has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last ten times he's played.

The Pinnacle played against Jefferson and won via forfeit.

Skyview's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for The Pinnacle, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.
